Tome Carry Over

OK possibly i missunderstood! I was under the impression that if you had the "Premium" or "Premium Plus" options, then you tomes were meant to carry over to the next season. And you would be able to get items from the frevious season!
There were only a couple of items that I actually wanted on the Tome Store, and unfortunatley the main item was the Mount in the Premium, that i was not willing to spend the money only for that! I ended up with Lots of Tomes (like Everyone else), and thought "well if i carry them all over i can get this mount adn the next one!", So with a few days to go, I had some spare money and paid for the premium, Having Spent 0 - None - Nothing, I wsas going to carry over everything and i could go back and pick what i wanted from Both!
I was a little MIFFED ( insert explitive in its place) , when i go to the summary, Every Item, was automatically bought, The majority of which I do not want, (Tri-Potions I do not use, and have THOUSANDS, simply sitting there) Now i have more and the Tomes remaining are now gold, and im like everyone esle on normal carrying over 2K.
So was this only an option on the "Premium Plus?"
Either way I will not be getting it again!!!!

Faerugue✭✭✭There was - and is - no other option. 2k tome points are carried over, the rest is used for autobuy and/or converted to gold. This has been pointed out in several articles.
As far as I understand, you can farm points now and, because you had premium, still buy the rewards from the previous season1 -

its more and more looking like EVERY UTubber got this wrong, its season 0 Ended at Season 1 release, no going back, no choices, your only apparently paying for access to the top layer.
Season 0 items are not an option, as they gave you them ALL and dop not need to go back.... Farming points and paying to keep them or Farming for the previous is pointless as the previous is not there!

Gingaroth✭✭✭✭You can still access the previous tome. If you click the icon in the upper left corner of your current tom, it will open up a selection menu.

So, what exactly occurs to your Tamriel Tome at the end of the Season? A few things!
Tome Points Roll Over
When one Season ends and a new one begins, a maximum of 2,000 Tome Points can roll over and be spent on the new/next Season’s Tome.
Reward Auto-Claimer
To help ensure no rewards are left behind, excess Tome Points beyond the rollover cap are automatically spent on the current (leaving) Season’s leftover items. When doing so, it prioritizes the first 10 pages (starting with the highest page number) and, if you own the Premium Tome, it will claim premium rewards first.
The auto-claimer skips over item-type rewards, such as the Crown Lethal Poisons, Adventuring Supply Packs, and Upgrade kits. Once all the eligible rewards have been claimed by the auto-claimer, any final remaining Tome Points in excess of the 2,000 cap will be converted into gold at a rate of 10 Gold per every 1 Tome Point.

marcbf✭✭✭Apropos MIFFED, I was seriously so, when I noticed my Tome points had "bought" me Transmute cystals I did not have room for. I'd much rather have gotten additional gold rather than having my points sunk into nothing. While we're at it, yes we need more options to convert our excess Tome points into actually usable currency. If I'd had the chance I would've spent every last point on Archival Fortunes and Seals.PC EU0
