Is Sheogorath the cause of all the Season One issues? The long lines to get the gate unlocked? The Tome auto-claim purchasing items players didn't want? The layoffs? These all sound like things he would do.

Personally I would be eyeing up Cadwell. That voice of his makes me think he's just the kind of person that enjoys queues.2 -
