Tome Auto-Claimer

Did the auto-claimer thing not happen or did they just decide not to do it? I got my gold/points conversion, but it left the trash unclaimed. I'm glad, it was a dumb idea, either way.

It only claimed styles, collectibles, Gold and AP it seems. Everything else was skipped.

It ran, I was in game and got a pop-up telling me what was claimed (nothing because I'd already picked up what it would claim), and a tally of the points carries over and points converted into gold. It came up as a message similar to a golden pursuit claim notification, which then opened a summary window when I hit the key.

It claimed a belt style that I didn't want, but luckily it left the poisons and other crap unclaimed.

It claims all stuff that a) you haven’t bought yet and b) that doesn’t take inventory space, e.g. styles.

Anything that costs inventory space will not be claimed.

For some reason it clamed all the cashes of transmute crystals for me even though I already was capped at 3000/3000, the reason I never claimed them in the first place. I'd rather taken the gold than transmutes that went up in thin air.

I put in a bug ticket for this. It needs to not claim them, since there is a hard cap. Either make them geodes so they take up inventory space and don't get auto-claimed, or just don't include them, I don't care which but I essentially lost out on over 1000 tome points because there was 450 transmutes I did not claim due to being at cap already.

It happened. I received Vigor style even though I didn't want it and will never use it as I don't do PvP. Never mind, it's ok.

It claimed transmute stones for me even though I was already maxed capacity for them. So I just lost them and didn't even get the gold.

That's a good question. I got notified that I got some gold but I don't know where it went either. I had more gold in my pack than I logged off with but I also had also sold some things on our trader.

It went into the inventory. I took a picture of how much money I had yesterday and compared with what I see upon login today.

I was slightly over 2,100 points on my EU account and it claimed some transmutes I didn't want which then set me below 2000 for the new season (at 1,904 now). Not a big deal, but I'd rather it just hadn't done that.

I was in-game when Season Zero ended and I heard an audible "transaction" sound effect, with 365k Gold being shown in the bottom right corner.

Kind of annoyed I paid for the premium tome which then ate up Tome points on things I didn't want (A mount and pet). So I kind of paid extra money to be irritated.

This is why we need to be able to opt out of the auto-claimer, and also to be able to spend excess Points on repeatable rewards in case we don't care about the frankly insufficient Gold conversion.

I bought the premium tome but I missed a bunch of transmute crystals (since I was too close to the cap) that I still would have had access to if it wasn't for the auto-claimer!

I was upset that it claimed transmute crystals for me that were neither needed, nor even received (because my crystal storage is full). At the very least it should award them as geodes so they aren't lost (though I still wouldn't have *wanted* them - but it feels bad to lose tome points and get nothing back). Longer term, an opt-out for the auto-claimer might be preferable.

It didn't affect me this time around, but I'd also like a way to opt out of the auto-claimer. Ideally a way to manually mark items you don't want collected so they're excluded.
