Freerunner quest completion mail

I just finished my first freerunner quest for Holgunn on my main girl who has done all base game quests. Why is he sending me mail explaining who he is? I know who you are mate, we sorted out the brothers of strife together amongst other things. Little sad that he 'forgot' me (he's coding, not a person, hence the 'forgot')

Same for Lady Arabelle. She has no idea who I am even after all the time I suffered through dialogs with her in High Isle.

It's almost always like this with reoccurring characters. Everything has to be written to allow for people who have done everything in the game, people encountering this character for the first time ever and everything in between, so they usually default to accommodating the new players who will have no idea who they are and leave the longer term players to come up with a way to explain it to themselves.

This is one of those things that should default to the opposite. Or just have a second mail that experienced chars get. I remain frustrated that Merric can die before you meet him for the same reason.

I just did Urcelmo's and honestly that one is written much better, Urcelmo doesn't know that the Freerunner picking up his errand is the Vestige, he's writing a generic polite note to a helper, while One Eye's reads much more personal-but-forgetful, hence the confusion.
