My guess is critical damage is extremely low (base), so even though it's a guaranteed crit, the damage bonus from critting is not good compared to dropping crit chance down to ~60% and having capped crit damage.0 -

It is not practical because you don't really stand to gain much beyond 60% is what I remember. Meaning, you are better off filling out other lacking stats such as weapon/spell damage. Besides, Highland Sentinel is basically a dummy parse set. In real situations, you do have to move around quite a bit, which means you lose bonuses from it quite often.Imperials, the one and true masters of all mortal races of Tamriel0 -
