I'm wondering if anyone else has noticed this. I searched for it and there was a "report" of it happening so I thought I'd check here. I didn't see any other forum posts related to this topic.

AkashaVow✭✭I was told by a streamer who tested this passive, that despite the tool tip, it scales off the status effects applied to YOU, and not the status effects on yiur target.
Hoping maybe a dev can confirm or further elaborate.0
