Zenithar Event: Invisible Juste Nin?

I received the Award-winning Radish from Zalezu after saving her from being robbed in Gold Coast, and when I rode down the road I saw Juste Nin saying "I really need this to work!" at the bottom of my screen, so I looked everywhere but couldn't find him. I traveled the zone back and forth, went to other zones, met other event NPC's (who were all visible), saw Juste's line again in Stonefalls, but once again I couldn't locate him as he was nowhere to be seen. Is this a glitch or did someone else get to him first?

Well, that took a good three or four hours, but I found him and gave him the radish

Yup, lol. It doesn't add anything to your character, it's just the best option for Juste Nin. The others are "give gold", then nothing happens at the shrine, and "give stolen prayer beads", which has a hilarious result. See if you can steal the prayer beads from Audremard Petit at his own little roadside shrine, then sit back and giggle.
