How do i ignore/block someone on the forums

there's someone stalking my posts being a troll an every time i click there profile it give me a blank page saying (permissions user profile not found) i was told there's a way to block/ignore them. how do i do it?

Click your name , go to the PERSON ICON under the search bar (on your profile) , click the "edit profile" and then you can see ignore list.
