End of Campaign Reward Tier not resetting

I logged into 3 of my characters, the first prompted the mail to send me the Transmutes, received no mail for the next 2. I am set to GH Home campaign.
My characters reward tiers have not reset to 0 and it it says they have a 30D 21H remaining of the campaign.
All Alliances have 0 points.
Maybe I missed something but I thought it changed on the 1st of every month?

✭✭✭✭✭On PS NA, I did writs and checked mail on three DC characters, which one of them has the campaign set, and didn’t get the rewards mail until I logged into my first EP character.
I submitted an in-game bug report.

lamar720✭✭Definitely a problem this is the 2nd campaign this happened to me. All 10 of my characters were at level 3 in gh. Can we get a follow up answer to what happened and how it will be fixed? please.0
