It looks like they chose Red for the Sorcerer rework alt color scheme based on the Trade Bar vendor, so when Update 52 releases and Sorcerer’s rework should be arriving 🤞, there should be red versions of all of the missing skills.

Sorry, what trade bar vendor? There are some red sorc skills being sold?

I just hate that you can't tell what a skill is with the overriding colors, or the pets being a weird color or lighting up everything in towns or at dolmens. ESO used to be a very toned down, "realistic" fantasy game, now everything is an illusion. Sadly, the NPCs can't implement local ordinances.
I hope that ZOS implements that feature they've mentioned where you can turn off other players effects. I'm sure there will be a limit to what they can do but anything that can tone down the VFX would be good, at least for some of us.
I'm sure this won't be a popular thing to say but I don't really like the skill styles. That's me being somewhat diplomatic about my opinion.

I find it quite annoying to be standing at a crafting table, having just finished, and having to be assaulted by someone's dwemer spider mount blasting off with multiple colors, smoke everywhere and a char mark on the ground. It wouldn't be so bad if they had the courtesy to move a few feet away from the table before mounting.

Yep. Hoping for a "disable skill styles" client-side toggle. It is harder to tell what skills people are using in pvp when they can each be 20 different colors and effects, and this reduces the skill cap.
The mounts and such hopefully will be tamed by the vfx slider, at least.
