Not able to use Pulls or Gap Closers on my DK since the u49 refresh

My Dragonknight has had disabled range on all of my pulls and gap closers since u49. I’ve tried everything I can from respecing, morph changing, to resetting my character and nothing has worked.

Has anyone experienced this?

Attached are images showing that I don’t even have range listed on my tool tips.

    Edit: I fixed it by entering IC and regaining the Chain Suppression debuff, after going into the districts my Chain was able to pull again.

    Note: I don’t PvP on this toon so I’m not sure why I had this bug if it’s from IC.
