Can't exit delve in PvP instance is full.

Why is this even a thing? Why put the source of the AP buff in a delve when you can't use it? Also its not showing my name and the AP I've earned this campaign and the reward tier is stuck at zero.

This has happened to me when my faction is pop-locked and there is a queue. Same thing happens if you go to Cheesemonger portal because both of those are not part of Cyrodiil instance.
