PC EU Weirdness?

Haven't seen anyone else posting on this, but I'm now at my fifth time being kicked from the PC EU server in roughly the past hour. Initially able to log in just fine (~200 latency, which is normal for me as a NA player on EU), then it unexpectedly jumps to 999+ where it struggles for a couple of minutes before deciding that I'm no longer connected. Three cold restarts mixed in there, but give it a few minutes and I can log in again, normal latency for a few minutes, then 999+ and out again. All the rest of the internet stuff is working normally and it's just ESO which seems to be having this problem, so one of those "gotta ask" things.
I'm fresh out of outrage, but I could muster up some amused annoyance if required.

DoofusMax✭✭✭✭✭Problem turned out to be on my ISP's end. Kind of reminiscent of Redd Foxx's "heart attack" routine where the final one turned out to be the real thing. Can't see the "Edit" icon up there (a different issue), so apologies for the false alarm. "Nothing to see here.
