Cannot delete a guild mail

I am the GM of a guild and have been utilizing the new guild mail system. Upon logging in after today's maintenance, I had two guild mails I wished to delete within the Manage menu as the guild events they're referencing are now in the past.

I was able to delete the more recent mail just fine, but every time I try to delete the older mail, I get an "Action failed, try again later" message in the upper right-hand corner of the screen and the mail fails to delete. I tried a few more times to delete it, no dice. I tried logging out and back in again, and it still will not delete.

Is there an unannounced cooldown time between guild mail deletions from a GM management standpoint?

As an update, a guild officer with mail management permissions confirmed the second mail was actually deleted, so I tried logging in again and, indeed, it does appear my deletion went through. Whatever happened to show it still existing under Manage must have been a temporary visual glitch that persisted after my first log out/log in attempt.
