Reset Password

I have been trying reset my password for days. ESO has yet to sent the link to my e-mail to reset. Try and fix the problem, there might be others that need to reset.

Similar issue. Been trying to retrieve my user id for an old account. It won't send it to my email. I've had an open ticket on it and last response was a week ago. If I ever get it then I'll need to reset the password too.

Never have gotten the link to reset my password, luckily I remembered what it was.
