Is there an addon that will zoom out the camera and slowly rotate it around you while you recall?

Just wondering if there is an addon that will do what the title says. I have some interesting recalls but most of the time can't see them because the camera zooms in close and to the front of my character while they are working.

✭✭✭✭For the first time yesterday I used the Jaws of Oblivion recall and the camera zoomed into the front of my character, and I could not change the view with my mouse. It was so close all I could see was a red blur. What I would like for all my recalls is if it would zoom out and slowly rotate, similar to how it does when you’re crafting only it doesn’t zoom out then just rotates.
