There is no general “Favorites” tab for mounts

There are a lot of mount categories in the game, and you can mark a mount as a favorite in each one. Why? Create a separate tab at the very top that shows ALL the mounts the player has added to their “Favorites.” Searching through categories to find the mount you want takes a lot of time and is very inconvenient—VERY INCONVENIENT. It’s unclear why the game still doesn’t have a general “Favorites” tab for mount

Of course, it's great that there are add-ons like this, but why isn't this feature included in the game itself? It wouldn't be that hard for the developers to implement, and it would be very convenient for players.

I still don't understand why it takes years for the dev team to implement simple QoL features such as short lists and favorites, like they have showed recently in their stream that will do for houses. That has been asked multiple times for years.

A short list of favorites from all categories would be great... mounts, emotes, personalities etc

I would like cosmetic build feature, saved presets of costume/hair/mount/pet/skin/personality and so on, to allow you to quickly switch between certain cosmetics combos. For example, assassin, bard, jester/drunk, knight, pirate... Or for roleplaying, when I go to a snowy area, switch to a comfy warm outfit and a different mount/pet.

I am glad the devs are looking at more QoL, and hopefully are still browsing the forums!

It would be nice this was per-character also, as most players with multiple characters seem to try to pick ones that match their character.

It’s always fascinating to me what things devs (of RPGs in general, but also ESO specifically) think of as “player first” versus “character first”.

When keybinds are still intentionally limited to being character specific in terms of native solutions, it’s hard for me to understand how favorite mounts should be limited to the player/account only rather than tied to individual characters. I feel that a character’s mount is much more closely tied to their specific identity than their keybinds are, so by the devs’ own reasoning favorite cosmetics should be able to be set per character as well.

That said, I’m not optimistic that it’s likely to happen, given expectations set by the bigger picture, but it would make more sense to me and allow for more player choice.
