Please add increased trophy drops for overland difficulty

So Ive been liking the overland difficulty increase so far but one of my biggest gripes is that there isn't increased drop rates for the trophies needed to unlock specific achievement dyes like gangrene green or elemental white.

And it's been a personal problem for me because pulling a crypt jar has been near impossible for me

They need to just up the drop rate on these fricken things in general, not just for X difficulty setting.

I have been playing for over ten years. I'm still missing several of these <self-snip> <self-snip>ing <self-snip<s. In fact I've gotten only TWO out of the EIGHT achieves tied to getting all the Trophies. For all of those eight I don't have done I only need one or two Trophies.

Nothing in the game should have a drop rate THAT low. I've gotten like three Aetheric Ciphers over the course of my account, and all of those only from the Jubilee. How am I getting numerous Ciphers before I get all the Trophies?

I’d like to see the rates upped full stop as well. I got them years ago, after maybe five years of playing (including combat against monsters on a daily basis) and then realizing it would take dedicated farming to complete the collection. If it’s meant to be a reward earned in the course of playing naturally, it really did not work for me. If it’s meant to be a reward for dedicated grinding for hours for each one you’re missing, well, I’d rather not have such grind for grind’s sake.

Yeah there shouldn't be any regular players since launch that don't have these at this point. Drop rates for a number of basically doesn't exist it's need to go up

What's crazy is when the last few you haven't completed are common creatures. When I took a look to see what I still needed and saw that I was still missing the wolf tooth, it boggled my mind just trying to think of how many wolves I'd obliterated over time and still hadn't looted it.

I've thought having a companion keepsake that increases trophy drops would be a good idea.

Challenge difficulty increasing the trophy drops would be good also.

I had over 7,500 hours played and then spent about 80 hours farming the 3 I had missing.

I have spent nearly 700 real world days in this game and am still missing Cruel Collar and Stony Heart. And I have actively farmed them. For some reason, dynamos and kagouti tusks are a non-issue, but those two?
698d played, 267 days on the Warden.

ZOS won't give us Bard class so I'm scribbling songs for Nirn irl.

Fully agreed. Started on day one (with some pauses, that's probably about 10 years of almost daily gaming) - *still* missing trophies of regular enemies. And I usually kill and collect everything while running around.
    Certainly needs some fixing.

Agreed. I still haven't finished some of them, even though I've been in overland killing stuff every day for years. It shouldn't be tied to difficulty, though. The drop rates need to be increased for everyone.

Not likely to happen. Mainly because the system can be cheesed by partnering up with an Adventurer and mow everything down. Increasing the chances on higher difficulties would actually make getting those achievements so much easier that they might as well just make the achievements themselves easier across the board.

There are many things that could be tied to higher difficulties. But sadly will likely hever happen for this very reason.

Dude it's a trophy achievement for dyes, not a trial achievement or other skill based achievement that has bragging rights. Its quite literally up to the whims of RNG and shouldnt be so insanely difficult to get.

That is why the drop rate should be increased for everyone regardless of difficulty. For reference, I got all of the trophies, and I think it's insane that something like a wolf's tooth can be missing after years of play. I only got it once in 6 years of playing even thought I casually killed a gazillion of wolves.

I have a feeling that each player gets assigned some magic number upon login that affects the drop rate of specific things because some drops seem to come in clusters (like lead drops from treasure maps). So, one day, when I got a trophy drop from something I decided to go and farm for that tooth and got it rather quickly. Then, I proceeded to grind for the wisp trophy, got it quickly too. Then, for the harpy thing. That took some time, but I got it. And, finally, got the Mammoth trophy after less than 10 kills. All in one day. And I was finally done with those achievement. A heck of a coincidence if you ask me.

That is correct. Which is why I reasoned that it would be better serviced by just makinig the achievements themselves easier across the board.

What else is there? The dyes come with achievements.
