I know repeat purchases has been requested before and I definitely like that more than the idea that even if I purposely don't claim something, it will get auto-claimed at the end. This way, I could use my tome points to buy more of the things I find useful.
The thing I find funniest is that when you unlock all pages you get double the challenges. Kill x 6 times turns into Kill x 12 times. Meaning you get even more tome points.
I expected as much but could find any discussion. So i thought there isnt any harm in potentially repeating an idea. Maybe it even increases its visibility towards Zos.You are not the first to suggest it, and you won't be the last.

Are you sure that this comes with unlocking all pages?
I thought that was a change introduced with the latest game update (U50).
I can be mistaken, but I definitely had all pages unlocked at least a week or two before the aformentioned update and I only noticed the increased tome amount (amount per challenge and increase number how often it can be claimed) only after the update.I expected as much but could find any discussion. Yes, unlocking all 12 Pages doubles the number of Challenges you can complete each week. It's to make sure people with the Premium Tome can unlock everything (since with the Free Tome it takes more to unlock everything than it does to buy it) and it also means people can keep earning Points if they care about the Gold after the auto-claimer.
Mmmm that's a good point about the Paid Tome being there for good. And like I said even for the Free Tome, you get more Points than you need from unlocking the Pages. Maybe it's more for people who want Points for Gold?Yes, unlocking all 12 Pages doubles the number of Challenges you can complete each week. But the Premium Tome is forever there. So in 489732392 years time, someone who has some spare tome points can still buy things from Season 0 tome.
Not only that, but I had nothing left to buy 3 weeks ago. So, it's not like not getting enough tome points was ever a danger for someone who completed the weekly challenges, which you'd expect them to do if they'd paid real money for the Premium.
The change makes zero sense.

What happens to the tome points at the end of the Season? (An article stated that you will keep 2000 and the rest will be used to automatically get unclaimed rewards, but what happens when you have more than 2000 tome points and already got all rewards?)
What happens with completed but unclaimed challenges at the end of the season? (Can I claim them in the new season to get a head start with my tome points or will they just vanish?)

Which I, along with many others, also don't like. What's the point in letting us choose what we want to buy if the auto-buyer will just grab it anyway? I know it's for times when people can't log in for whatever reason to claim "big" things themselves, but I didn't want the Style Pages. Still had to buy 'em because the auto-claimer would have done it. They should have included an opt in for people to decide if they want to use it or not. Have it on by default even but give us the choice.
And yeah, a whole slew of us have said to give us things we can purchase repeatedly. Either make all the Consumables on each Page repeatable or just the stuff on the Bonus Pages. They could even make them have ramping costs (within reason, NOT like how they did ramping cost for Gold Rerolls).
@ApoAlaia
The auto-claimer iirc won't take things like Potions, it grabs stuff like Mounts, Costumes, and Style Pages.
