Penalty deserter bugged.

Lately I've been noticing that the deserter penalty appears constantly when we're not able to accept the match.
For example: I usually request a match, but I don't stay stopped in one place doing nothing while waiting for the match that sometimes took a long time to appear, so I do other stuff. Sometimes the match appears when I'm in combat, and after combat even if I didn't reject the the request, I get a deserter penalty of 5 minutes.
This bug is really problematic because it causes more people to stay away from ToT or even completely quit trying. Please fix it.

Only after update 50. Before that I was able to request a match immediately after combat or even if I missed the call, without the need to wait 5 minutes.0 -
xNeros✭✭✭Can confirm, this first started to happen after update 50.
I did also get the penalty/5min cooldown for declining the queue, just a few seconds after it popped - I don't quite see the logical point in that. Hope it's just a bug and not intended & will be fixed soon.0 -
NeoniKa✭✭✭✭It's still happening. It's crazy. It's really really hard to get a match at the time I play, and then if we fail to accept the match we get the insane penalty. I don't have this bug with Battlegrounds or Dungeons, it's only happening with ToT. We really need this fixed as soon as possible, please.0

NeoniKa✭✭✭✭This problem is getting worse.
Now I accept the match, the match doesn't start, I get defeated, and above that I get a 10 minutes penalty and a massive drop in Tribute Rank without even had the chance to play. I changed character and found out that all my characters got a desserter penalty and I didn't even deserted with one single character. Obviously I decided to stop playing ToT for a while, the game is too damaged, but I have hoped it gets fixed. This is very very bad, specially on ranked.0
