Hi!
I'm typing to help out a friend that doesnt have a forum account and has gotten perma banned from ESO, so they can't check themselves.
On May 20th my friend got hacked on Steam. They sent a warning to Steam Support right away, and got everything sorted and cleared. On May 21st they got an email from ESO, saying that they got perma banned for breaking Code of Conduct through cheating/exploiting. They have sent in a ticket, but gotten no response in 6 days. They got the automatic response about giving more info on May 22th and they answered that right away and followed the instructions, including giving a response to a security question. Since then they havent heard anything and since they are banned they can't check on the status for the ticket.
We are wondering what the status of the ticket is and how long we should wait until we have to start another one or reach out in any other way.
