it also makes the butt huge. Is this intended or not?

You tell me? I actually spent those 400 gems on it XD
I'm trying to enjoy it and not look too much into it, but I totally get the frustration with expensive items not meeting an expected quality.
My bad, I guess (?)

THIS, can we please stop adding bras to the male outfits? 😫 this would be an easy purchase for me if it didn’t have a bra.

Someone in a discord I’m in posted the dye channels earlier— the bracers and top are one dye channel. If your skin tone is something you can get in dye form, then you could potentially make it look topless for a more masculine look. I get “potentially” is not enough to go on to buy it, but hopefully someone with the costume and eso+ could try proof of concepting it.
Personally, I think I like it more with the top because without it, it’d look unbalanced (and, I don’t know, something about the pecs being covered. I can’t elaborate I don’t think LOL). But it would be nice if we could one day get toggles for costumes.

That disappeared some years back. Lack of quality assurance has been noticeable for quite some time now with cosmetics regularly being buggy, bad textures, bad dye channels, bad fit, and just weirdly designed in a way that makes me wonder if anyone on the design theme has any experience with clothes.
But of course, the cost the same or even more than they used to with them now always having at least one in apex. 🙃
Mine also seems a bit puffy around the waist and butt with my female Breton. The worst though is when she does that yoga stance from the Passion Muse personality, the dress seems glued to her leg and becomes all crumpled and stretched out.
Unfortunately, I think that’s a matter of how skirts are designed. I wish they had the physics of the “flaps” from chest pieces but instead they’re linked to the legs. For this reason, I avoid long skirts entirely and all of my characters wear short skirts or pants.
