Glittering Goad Guise (and other NM rewards) warning

Just received a mail containing the Glittering Goad Guise reward on a new character I was playing, had no clue about the usability of the thing and it turns out that if you open the mail and collect the contents, those contents then attain the level of the character that has opened it. Level 5.
Every character on an account should have their own reward in their mail. Not just one for the account. AND the mail should provide a warning about taking or even opening the mail.
Not happy to say the least.

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (fully filled out with current game), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them
in progress: acquiring mundus stones (currently only have the thief)

This is why they fixed cases in the past where players could get under-leveled monster sets. (Also ability-altering sets too, iirc.) Seems to have been improperly implemented here.2 -

It would be great if the item scaled with the wearer. Since it's a special reward that would have been nice.

✭✭✭✭✭It will reconstruct at whatever level the character reconstructing it is at the time of reconstruction. Capped at CP160.

Thank you. I've never done this but will try it. If this is the case then that's a fix and good to know, however, it will cost transmute stones to do so.

I should toss out though that I think Monster Sets (Head/Shoulder) may be restriced to CP levels only. Because they're typically acquired only in Vet content. I'm not 100% certain, as I'm not in game at the moment and I'm basing this on memory recollection from some time back. Though the NM Head/Shoulders do come from a difficulty agnostic event, so :shrug: who knows.
In any case, you should have no problem reconstructing it for your CP level characters.0 -

I was able to "reconstruct" the two pieces, which made a copy of them at the CP160 level of the char that did the reconstruction. This gave me a set at max level and it didn't destroy the level 5 set, so I still have that too.

well its still possible in the current game to be able to get low lvl monster helms from IC, so its definitely not fixed
normal group dungeons do not allow sub 50s to go in on vet
there was technically no night market restriction that let sub 50s join a trial eitherplays PC/NA
