Unable to accept dungeon queue's while agro'd

Trying to level my new character and putting in for Dungeon queue's while at the same time farming XP in Craglorn. I have been able to queue for Dungeon while agro'd in the past, all I needed to do was hit the pause button on my controller and it would automatically ask me if I wanted to accept. Now it no longer does that, even if i return to the dungeon select menu the only option I have is leave the queue no accept it anywhere to be found in the menus if you're agro'd.
Just so there's no confusion I am queued for the dungeon I start farming xp. I hear the sound and visually see in the right hand corner that my dungeon queue is ready. In the past i hit pause it would automatically be on your screen do you accept, now it cannot be found anywhere in the menu to accept.

If you think I'm going to stand there for 45 minutes waiting for the dungeon to pop and not move and do anything not explore take a chance to getting agro'd or simply just try to farm some XP you lost your minds. I just won't run dungeons or I'll just stop interacting with the world all together either way not a good thing for this game need all the interaction we can get.

That happens to me routinely. I go to the Notifications screen and accept the queue from there. I'm not sure what that is on the controller, but on keyboard, it's the "N" key.

EDIT: Tin-foil hat conspiracy theory time: I honestly believe the queue is more likely to pop while fighting a World Boss than at any other time.

Thank you I will try the notification screen that may be the answer but once upon a time all you had to do is hit the pause button on the controller and it automatically asked you immediately which I find more convenient than while you're being attacked by a world boss trying to find the notification screen LOL

Must have been a glitch sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't I don't know but yes if the notification doesn't pop you can go to the notification menu it works thanks for everybody's

there are also addon options that allow auto-accepting the queues, so even if you miss the notification pop up (or it doesnt show if your in combat) it will still be accepted
