LEVITATE the Necromancer from its sentence of mediocrity

Seeing as how pretty much everything is up-for-grabs these days, I'm suggesting it's time to give ONE CLASS, the lowly Necromancer, the ability to FLY in PVP -- -- UP, up, up you go! Maybe for about the same duration as Sorcerer's Streak.
Of course, as novel and stupid and fun as that would be, you'd also have to give it at least on workable damage spell that would synergize with FLIGHT of the UNDEAD.
This is mostly from a PVP perspective, for which Necro has been in the basement of D tier for years.
Or It could be called Spectral Flight, or Floating Dread, or Bone Wizard's Big Comeback Tour.

✭✭The issue with levitation I imagine is going to be needing to redesign a vast number of places in the world that were designed on the assumption you couldn't. But “Bone Wizard’s Big Comeback Tour” made me laugh and this also made me imagine blastbones jumping into the air and aerial striking people LOL.[PC/NA] Dungeoneer (Tank/DPS), Semi-retired Trialist, and amateur Battlegrounder (DPS) with a passion for The Elder Scrolls lore.

SandandStars✭✭✭✭✭Yeah, I have noticed that those random loading screens when just riding around overland seem more frequent since the recent update. Probably a trade off for making the bugloss look different.
The technical crumminess of this game makes it kind of a living artifact.0
