Achievements for Challenge Incursion I, II, and III don't show correctly.

The Challenge Incursion Breaker I, II and III don't show correctly.
1. When you achieve II, it doesn't move up from I in the title of the achievement ... unlike some of the others that do work. This is also true after porting to a new zone. (I haven't checking logging out.)
2. When you hover over the 2nd option at the bottom, it's showing Challenge Incursion Break I - not III (which I assume should be the idea):
For reference, this is the 1st of the options at the bottom:
Playing on PC EU, Seasoned Difficulty, and collecting the achievements in order - Oblivion Portal was the one that should have triggered II (four items), and awarded 10 points.

smdalyb14_ESO✭✭✭I'm having as similar issue - all I see is "Challenge Incursion Breaker I" being complete, no icon or indication for completing more. PC NA Seasoned difficulty. Noticed that the third level is required for "Give No Quarter" so that's blocked for now.0 -
This_0ne✭✭✭✭I have this problem too and now this achievement doesn't count towards the overall achievement. @ZOS_Kevin please forward this issue to tech support and maybe they could also check the achievements for bosses and delves. I can't yet confirm whether they are working as intended or if they are broken too.0 -

✭✭✭✭✭i think the text on the incursion achievement is bugged, while it says to complete and 4 of them for the II achievement, i did not get it awarded until i completed ALL of the listed optionsplays PC/NA

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (fully filled out with current game), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them
in progress: acquiring mundus stones (currently only have the thief)

efster✭✭✭✭✭I just earned Challenge Incursion Breaker III on Vestige difficulty and it did register, but it is not checked off in the Give No Quarter cumulative achievement.AD is the best looking faction. I don't make the rules, I just enforce them.2 -
