so just realized this set hasnt been procing a buff effect meaning this entire time i have been trying to use it as my backbar set, it just flatout hasnt been working because while i was wondering if it was me using it with the banner that was breaking it but than tried with the siege shield and still no dice... PLEASE FIX THIS, it would be such a nice set to have working as a back bar set but now i have to find something else cause this *** is *** bugged.....

✭I was using it in Cyrodiil last week with banner and used an addon to track the uptime and it was working absolutely fine for me. You sure you were in combat?
