Lorewise, if you’re not of the race who makes the meal, you should avoid Bosmer, Khajiit, and probably Argonian cuisine. And their drugs, avoid those too… lol. The rest should be fine.

Most of the recipes look safe enough, even if a dish name sounds a bit extreme. I take these names as a part of entertainment for tourists.
What I'd avoid are those exotic meals with shrooms and other alchemical parts. Frosted Brains for instance, or Artaeum Takeaway Broth.
Among beverages, Dubious Camoran Throne, Ghastly Eye Bowl, and Corrupting Bloody Mara look the deadliest.
Anyway, I would taste any Tamriel drink very carefully.

I’d 100% try any Nord meal, minus anything with stuff like Giant’s Toe lol. A lot of them sound pretty hardy and filling, as well as not too farfetched.
I will NEVER try Bosmer food though. I need my veggies and fruits!
