Do the new furnishing plans: Breton in Glenumbra zone really drop now?

Since U50, I have been looting many-many containers for finding the new Breton plans, but I have done nothing. Everyone has found them? Or are the plans not released yet?

It seems the new High Elf furnishing plans have been dropped. Even though the drop rate is terrible, I saw some of them on TTC.

I just had a quick look in Alinor(PC-EU) at the traders and yes they are dropping, eye wateringly expensive but there none the less.

The bottom three are definitely new.

I got the new writing desk the first day, nothing since.

What a relief! I was looting around and asking everyone I could find, but no one seemed to get any Breton plans, so I was starting to worry if it would actually drop. I’ll keep looking. Thank you!
