On my screen other players appear as “Character Name - Vestige of”
No username follows it, just empty space.
I wonder if this is an add-on issue, but I have it set so username appears in the first line and character name appears underneath.
Seeing both names on the same line feels messy to me, and I want to prioritize usernames because they more closely represent the players.
It seems like an awkward choice to me to create a title that has a preposition with a missing object, to be supplied only by one specific UI configuration, when the devs should know people have different preferences for this and many do not use the default UI.2 -

Not saying we are shezarrine, though individual Vestiges may be, but its not a coincidence that we, offspring of the divines as mortals yet with the taint of daedra on us, missing a soul, used the amulet of kings, blood from the heart of Lorkhan aka Shor to restore and save Tamriel.
Their story beats are an echo of the past oftentimes, history repeats and heroes return and are reborn.

We were given the name by The Prophet as we didn't have our soul, so at the time we were but a remanent. We got our soul back.PC EU

The formatting is dependent on what kind of nameplate settings you're using. If you have the blue nameplates enabled above characters' heads, the title will show up either before or after the character name depending on how it's set up. (Bardok seems to have it set to show account name rather than character name.) So you might get "Lady Ilsabet Menard" or "Ilsabet Menard of House Ravenwatch" depending on how the designers want it to appear.
If you don't have the blue nameplates enabled, and just see the type with the character/account info beneath the health bar when your cursor is pointing toward the character, then the title will always show up after the account name. That's not a huge issue in most cases, but here it looks super derpy because the title only grammatically makes sense if it's followed by the character name (or account name if you ignore the @ symbol).
