Unintentional nerf to Oakfather's

With the completion of hybridization, Oakfather's will be nerfed. Is this already being addressed by the Dev. team or will it go through as is with the changes?

    Mora's Scribe will be the same, but Oakfather's will only lose 898 penetration and 40 WSD at most, and Mora's will lose 258 Critical Chance (about 1.18% crit chance) and 2% Critical Damage. Neither are such large nerfs that they really need anything done

    In another topic, Kevin said he passed this question on to the responsible team.
    Whether they think it's substantial enough to change anything, remains to be seen.

    This is such a fringe and abstract nitpick about the major/minor changes that it seems silly to even bring up.

    I doubt anyone would actually feel that impact during practical application. Especially since you are never guaranteed the full theoretical power of either set to begin with. At worst they can adjust the numbers to compensate.

    Oakensoul Ring will be unaffected. The debate is about Oakfather's Retribution and (Perfected) Mora's Scribe since their effects scale with the number of major/minor buffs/debuffs active on the target. The upcoming reworks will eliminate Sorcery and Prophecy buffs, clumping together into Brutality and Savagery, so Oakensoul Ring will not lose power at all.

    But the same article said that new debuffs like Vexation would also be incoming, so those will get some power back.

    I understood the thread was not about Oakensoul but not knowing the details I was wondering if it was going to be affected too - thanks for clarifying :)
