Due to the consolidation and introduction of new traits, we have changed the priority of many traits to improve visual communication and differentiate potions further. For example, if a potion provides the Heroism buff, it is classified as an Essence of Heroism over Essence of Magicka. This makes it easier to identify potions with more unique and valuable effects over basic resource restoration potions.
This is the official discussion thread for, "Mix Things Up as Hybridization Comes to Alchemy, Mundus Stones, and More"
"No need to be limited by your resources as ESO’s hybridization initiative takes new steps in the upcoming Update 51 and Season One."

I do have a concern though, hopefully we can get some clarity @ZOS_Kevin ; Mora Scribe's Thesis. This trial set scales off of major/minor buff counts, by deleting a major and minor buff from the game, this is another nerf to this set. Having both Brutality and Sorcery from all sources was already considered into the power budget for this already relatively under-performing trial set. It would be great if it could get a little buff to compensate for the loss of a major and a minor buff (if not a little more to bring it up into more real usage outside niche scenarios)

It’s good that the pre-DLC classes will have their unique minor buffs refreshed, but it’s worthwhile pointing out that now every single class will have a passive skill that provides a unique minor buff to the group, except for the Necro.
DK- minor brutality
NB- minor savagery
Sorc - minor (penetration)
Templar - (unique armour)
Warden - minor toughness
Arcanist - minor evasion
Necro - minor exclusion

A LONG TIME COMING. This is good to see.
Hope we continue seeing projects like this alongside the reworks, as long as they don't impact the timeline of the reworks. There has been so much from the past 5 years left in unfinished states. A scibing pass for example would also be great, adjusting the power levels of certain skills and opening up variety of scripts for others.
I did not see it mentioned in the post, but something that we've recently seen become prominent is the usage of armor potions. These potions provide an unnamed 5280 spell resistance, phyiscal resistance, or both depending on how you make them. This is a pretty high value to receive from a potion and is causing some serious imbalance on the classes that can afford to use them (DK/Sorc). Is there any chance this potion could instead be changed to grant a (hybridized) major ward & resolve alongside this rework, instead of a flat 5280 resistance bonus? This would curb the power creep mentioned above, and simultaneously would provide an actual interesting way to source your major armor buff, saving on barspace for classes who are tight on it.
Looking forward to seeing what new potions/poisons are possible!
When Weapon Damage and Spell Damage had separate functions in the game, it made sense for there to be a Mundus Stone for each. The Apprentice and Warrior stones provide Spell and Weapon Damage respectively because of this historical context, but their purposes have overlapped since the initial hybridization changes.
In Update 51, the Warrior Mundus Stone increases both forms of damage, while the Apprentice provides a new bonus of increased Experience and Inspiration gain, making it easy to level up, train crafting skills, and earn Champion Points while you bear that boon.
Values for sorc pen and templar Armor better Not below 4k.
They need to have notable Impact.
I would Like to See. 5k for each.
