Honestly that does devalue the house a bit. I don't have a problem with that because I don't think an optional paid housing feature should devalue gameplay.
But, nevertheless, hunter's glade is a little less cool than it used to be. Maybe they could a toggle that could add a visit from Hircine or something.2 -

Oh that's a great and creative idea. It definitely needs a new advantage now that one of the selling points is gone.0
