I was doing the Lamae Bal quest and ran into a bug that I had already encountered a few months ago while playing through the main quest of The Elder Scrolls Online. It's an animation bug that occurs during interactions with objects where the player character is supposed to hold their hand out in front of them.
In the Lamae Bal quest, the character's animation is completely broken: the fingers bend in unnatural ways, the arm becomes twisted, and overall it looks like a complete mess.

The exact same thing happens in the main quest during the final push against Molag Bal, where we channel a beam of light to melt stone barriers and pass through them. I believe both instances are using the same broken animation.
Unfortunately, I can only provide an example from the Lamae Bal quest, since reproducing the bug in the main quest would require several hours of gameplay to reach that point again. I witnessed it there a few months ago, but I don't have footage of it.
At certain moments, the character's arm would even clip through and cross behind their back in a completely distorted and unnatural way.
The issue does not occur in first-person view.:

Supposedly, this is what the animation is supposed to look like:
