Maintenance for the week of July 27:
• NA megaservers for maintenance – July 27, 6:00AM EDT (10:00 UTC) -11:00AM EDT (15:00 UTC)
• EU megaservers for maintenance – July 27, 10:00 UTC (6:00AM EDT) - 15:00 UTC (11:00AM EDT)

The reroll cost is excessive

I'll let readers of your original post draw their own conclusions (if you change it, they can see the quote in my previous post).
Everyone just wants a little more spoonfeeding. More for less. Reward for no effort/cost. This is why the game is becoming so simple.

Yes, asking ZOS to deliver what they announced is wanting spoonfeeding. One of the reasons this game isn't as great as it could be is because of players who support everything ZOS does, no questions asked. Anyway, it's obvious to me that responding to you is going to go nowhere in a hurry, so believe what you want. I don't care.

The problem is it's a LOT more rare to get a perfect five Challenges you're happy with or at least can reasonably do any given week TO save those rerolls for the following week.

If there is so much stuff you dont want/can't do that's kinda you problem. Ive never had to use more than 4 rerolls per week to get challenges i can/want to do.

And really, what does it detract from people not having issues for people who do any given week to have more rerolls? If you don't need to use them then you don't need to use them.

The system had some annoying aspects that I think could be improved, like moving things you reroll to the end of the line so they don't return unless you saw all options. But we weren't meant to really pick and choose until we have mostly the same challenge.

I was done my pass in a few weeks, and I only had a small selection of what I wanted to do. I spent nearly all my rerolls on the infinite gathering challenges as I find it too boring to do. I didn't have 'no problems' at all - I actually complained quite a bit about getting the same gathering challenges over and over. I had some real stinker weeks, and some good ones. It balances out eventually and there is more than enough time - even if you only are willing or able to do certain tasks. I think even new players can finish this in the time a season lasts.

Eventually Greymoore will also be free so you can wait on that if you aren't invested in the game (or your third account) enough to pay for it and until then reroll it. Things like not getting Blade of Woe because you haven't done the quest and you are RPing - well the unlock takes 5 minutes, is free, and you can do the tasks OOC.

I know I expect too much from those that spend most of their time on the forums to have the capacity to absorb an opinion (which I have zero need to change, I said it and I meant it. Pay for your conveniences)

Zos did delivery on it, but to think there wouldn't be a cost to infinitely re-roll a task is just ridiculous. The prices are justified. If you truly do not want to do that, skip it, save your re-roll as the weeks go, or pay to remove it. Pretty straightforward, no?

So do one set of daily crafting writs and you can reroll three extra times. I rerolled 11 times today paying extra for 5 of those rolls. It really wasn't a big enough deal for me to make a post about on the forums.

I just leave objectives I don't wish to do out to rot. Admittedly there's little I will outright refuse to do, but there are some that I won't go out of my way to complete unless I've got nothing better to do. If I don't get them done? <shrug> I completed the tome some time back anyway.

If I use up my 5 free rolls each week, and there is still one or two challenges I don't want to do I leave them until I get 5 more free re-rolls the next week.

I'm basically the same. There's some content I just don't do so I tend to use my 5 up each week.

Current situation is I have 3 of the same dungeon task to complete. I'll see how man dupes I can get next week and then it's off to kill Bogdan the Nightflame. Efficient!
