Challenge Difficulty for Normal - Adventurer was changed

Well.... I Got on my KrittyKat today,

He is a Nightblade Critical build Khajiit, no subclassing, sets are Medusa set (weapons and jewelry) and Vicious Ophidian (Vicious Serpent Set) on the body, I use Dual Wield daggers with Precise and a bow with precise. Thief Mundus stone, all medium armor in divines. Using Slimecraw head Medium 1 pc and Grundwulf shoulder 1 pc for the Crit chance, Stam build, 26k health and 31k stam, Magicka sits at 14.5k. standard weapon critical chance sits at 76% when Minor Savagery kicks in he is at 82.7%. So I added the class masteries Nocturnal Inspiration (for more Ult) and Above and Beyond (Increase to Critical Dmg and Healing). I use skills Ult Soul Harvest, Bloodthirst, Whirling Blades, Lotus Fan, Healthy Offering, and Shrouded Daggers for the DW daggers. The Bow backbar is Shadowy disguise, Relentless Focus, Race Against Time, Siphoning Attacks, Poison Injection and Bow Ult Ballista.

So, I set the Challenge difficulty to Adventurer from Master today, and took him for a spin. Now with this build before update 50 I would decimate normal overland enemies without Class masteries, 2 shots done. So I figured with the class Masteries it would a walk through the park. Note- I kill things just to get gold and to level the few skills up that are left on this toon/Character. But I was Shocked.

NO

The Normal difficulty is not what it was, either it's a bug or they, ZOS, nerfed us again. Absolute BS.

Anyone else notice this.

    There was a problem after the patch that a character would kind of get stuck on Master difficulty and changing it to Adventurer wouldn't register. Maybe that is your issue? The solution was to change it to some other difficulty besides Adventurer and then change zones. You should then be able to select Adventurer and have it actually work.

    I did do that, I switched to Seasoned killed a few things and then switched to Adventurer. I am currently in-game for the PS5, in Rivenspire at Traitors Tor, and still having the same issue, I noticed my tool tips for the skills don't do the correct damage as well.

    For example the tooltip for Soul Harvest shows base 13900 damage but when I hit with it and it has the Critical orange color and ! next to the damage I am doing 11k+ with it.

    That's not even base damage.. So they messed up. Time to fix it ZOS

    I changed Zones a few Times, and went back to Rivenspire at Traitors Tor and now the damage is starting to look good,

    Hopefully they're able to fix these bugs with it soon. There's a slight delay when you can't change it again—when you open the panel now, does it still say Adventurer? Like did it properly save, or is that another issue.

    I wonder if just reloading the UI would work as well, instead of having to go out of the way to change zones or relog.
