Have to repair game everytime I start my computer.

Since yesterdays's patch, I get an error message everytime I try to launch the game - the message says it's unable to launch and I have to do a full repair every single time I start up the game.
Nothing is repaired, but it insists that I run a scan everytime I have to launch the game.
What can I do to prevent this? Can I skip the launch programme somehow?

Aylish✭✭✭✭✭You only need the launcher for patching. Otherwise you can just start by executing eso64.exe.
Although, I would check if your antivirus software messes with your game folder.0
