Will weekly challenges reset when the tome changes?

Does anyone know if weekly challenges you haven't started will be reset when a new tome comes out, or if they'll stick around?
I'm not currently doing any of them because I've gotten to the end of the tome and don't need the points, but I opened the menu to get rid of the persistent notification and noticed there were several in there I wouldn't want to do. I'm not sure if it's worth using rerolls to change them to something I'd prefer, or if they'll be reset anyway when the tome changes.

MaraxusTheOrc✭✭✭✭✭I don’t think anyone can say definitively outside of ZOS, but with the new pass and being able to swap passes, it seems like the weeklies are a constant regardless of pass so I would think the weeklies will persist?0 -

✭✭✭✭✭A total switchover wasn’t something we got on PTS, but we are seeing the “end-of-season” doubled challenges start to post.
Some challenges at the end of a season will allow twice as many completions (like the farm mats challenges can roll out of 12 instead of 6). That’s really only supposed to be something for the end of the season, so it wouldn’t make sense for those to stick around until next time.
However, we have not seen that.1 -

Double repeating is not about the end of season. It is because you've opened the bonus pages.

With the next Weekly reset after reaching this, your new Weekly Challenges can be repeated twice as many times.
You will also be able to receive these added repeatable Challenges upon re-rolling Weekly Challenges, once the Bonus Pages are unlocked.
This added repeatability lasts the duration of the Season in which you have unlocked the current Tome’s Bonus Pages.1
