Please stop putting columns in the middle of rooms. It was difficult enough to work around the multiple columns on the main floor of the Wildgrown Chapel of Julianos. Now we have columns breaking up the small areas at the entrance of the Night's Den. Any ideas I had for this area are broken by these columns in the way.

It would be great if we were able to move or remove these but better if they never existed where they are in the first place.

I did that in Julianos house but this entry is such a small area I don't know if I can get it to look ok.

I guess they make sense structurally but we could have fewer of them and it would still be okay.

It's mostly the one in the middle that blocks whatever I put behind it.

Player housing in ESO has so much variety and flexibility, but it proves that one cannot please everyone, even with a "free" notable house like the Night's Den.

Each house has its own set of features, which for some can be sources of frustration, for others fun and delight. While I personally prefer open sandbox homes, such as Moon Sugar Meadow and Coldharbour Surreal Estate, they aren't for everyone. I also suspect they're a lot less fun for the developers to create as well.

Like the Night Market Event Zone from which it came, the Night's Den has its own style, including features we've never seen in a house before. The vault door, treasure room, and wall-safe bank are all new features that push the boundaries of what's possible in housing. Like them or hate them, it's good to see some out-of-the-box thinking being applied to ESO housing.

The upcoming Dancing Waters Wellspring will have removable structures, which allow for more flexibility in how that property can be used by players to create their own vision. For players who don't necessarily build "from scratch," those structures are a framework around which they can decorate to their heart's content. I hope we see more of this type of flexibilty in future properties.

Making a space one's own, is a huge part of the fun of ESO housing. While not everyone will love every part of every property, each new house offers the chance for players to be creative in how they make the most of those spaces.
