I don’t want to kick dogs or any other potentially pettable animals discussed in this thread either. I fail to see how adding more animals to kick is helping here.

I don’t want to kick dogs or any other potentially pettable animals discussed in this thread either. I fail to see how adding more animals to kick is helping here.

An M rating doesn’t excuse poor taste. I think creating systems where a pet may not want to be petted, snips at you, and then you kick it is in very poor taste.
I don’t find a supposed self defense argument as an excuse to kick dogs and cats compelling either and I would find that disturbing.

Certainly it would be interesting if we could interact with tame animals in the game, mounts and other people's non combat pets. A lot of people seem to like the idea and im glad they're considering it2

So far, the only animals I was able to pet are part of a little achievement on High Isle iirc. We truly need more pettable animals!2 -
