Apocryphabound weapons pack causes particle effects to apply at a right angle

@ZOS_Kevin the new weapon pack causes any effects socketed in the weapon to apply incorrectly!

Especially noticeable with arcanist weapon buff... Looks like the base meshes have incorrect transforms.

Staves, two handers and one handers are visibly effected.

Also how are these problems not something they catch before the release? Put unreleased crown store stuff on the pts?
I don't really get why not unless you are have been asked to do the absolutely minimal amount of work till it's too late. Or you're banking on selling stuff to people who haven't been able to see it in use on the pts. Both of which are pretty terrible reasons to me.

I really do not understand how this could happen.

Can we please got confirmation if it is known issue, information about it is brought to the attention of those who are in charge for such things, and, if possible, is there any plans to fix it?
