I would still prefer to have the new quest-giver. We already have seen nord Werewolves, in Skyrim and also Dark Brotherhood and Dark Heart storylines. It's been done.

I found the concept of a High Elf werewolf novel, especially one so apologetically WW. How would that work, especially among Altmers specifically? It just seems so far removed from their culture it would be interesting to learn more about that situation.

If we did get one, I would hope we would get a character like that that isn't a "I want to be cured" storyline to get the most out of the character concept.
