Three years later and still bugged! I've done this on a few characters and a couple of times I've had to restart the quest, or I travel and come back and it works. This time around it's absolutely stuck. I keep travelling back and I've restarted several times but I absolutely can't progress.
Anyone else got some other tips? Support have logged my ticket but aren't taking further action in this case.
