Is it buggy? I have the questmarker ouside the Gonfalon Gaming Hall and just run around not finding anything, The es a posting ouside to the right of the door but I can't do anything with it,

Three years later and still bugged! I've done this on a few characters and a couple of times I've had to restart the quest, or I travel and come back and it works. This time around it's absolutely stuck. I keep travelling back and I've restarted several times but I absolutely can't progress.
Anyone else got some other tips? Support have logged my ticket but aren't taking further action in this case.1 -
