She and I play ESO on an Xbox Series X.

For the past couple of days, every time I log into my ESO account on the Xbox, her addons are applied to my character and mine do not load. Going to Manage Addons (where I can change addon options) shows her addons but not mine. However, when I use the Settings > Addons browser to view installed addons (so that I can uninstall hers), only my addons appear. If I search through the addon browser for the addons that are incorrectly applied to my account, only then do they appear as installed in that last. There, I can uninstall them.

It is worthwhile to note that when I play ESO via Xbox Cloud or Xbox on PC, this issue does not come up. Only my addons are displayed and loaded.

I've quit the game and did a power cycle on the system to no effect. I suspect my only option is to manually search and uninstall a dozen addons and libraries, but I wanted to report that this bug is possible in the Xbox version of the game.

Update: I uninstalled an addon (Auto Research, if it matters) from my account. Later she loaded into her account, and it was missing. That is unexpected behavior; I would expect to not be able to affect her account.

Are both XBox accounts signed in at the same time? If so, it might be worth making sure that only one console account is signed in before launching the game.

I'll note that I've experienced some weirdness in the past with mods in both Skyrim and Fallout 4 when there are multiple accounts on the same console each linked to bethesda.net to enable them, although I'm not able to test that for ESO since I'm the only one who plays that currently.

I'm willing to bet that both of us being signed in at the same time is what caused this problem to begin with. Maybe even the Xbox's Quick Resume feature is involved (just guessing).

Now though, even if she is logged out, her addons appear on my account.
