Makes you wonder their origins. Were they really not Daedra or Aedra in their nature? Their origin is as mysterious as that of the Hist. I personally think the Bearers were a race of beings akin to the Et'Ada. With Padomay fighting Anu, the fallout would create more than just a few beings, who then create a few more, etc. Sounds too organized. It would be chaotic.

What I think to understand of Fargrave is that it was once a place within Ithelia’s realm of Mirrormoor (though maybe not known as Fargrave) inhabited by beings not remembered as yet and this place/this shard became shattered or separated somehow - floating within Oblivion carried by these Bearers in locating a new home for these ones that still resided within this piece that had become broken of before coming to rest. If Mirrormoor is a reflection of many places/realms then I do think this piece that got broken off would maybe be the realm of this et’ada you mentioned..maybe like Londa-Vera or another et'ada not known or remembered as yet..

These Bearers seem similar in form to this one - Tho'at Replicanum for whatever this might mean :persevere:

Having dug up two skulls (with eye sockets) and a jaw bone, I can say that - at least for the arc 1 form - the Bearers of Fargrave were considerably larger than Tho'at. In fact, they'd easily be double or triple the size of the giants over in what will become Skyrim.

    - Is there any possibility that these Giants of Skyrim are the descendants of these others?

Seems a bit unlikely. And my initial height estimate is way too low - the upper skull alone is about twice the height of the average player character. These things would be more the size of Molag Bal when he grabs you in the main story final fight.

I do hope these Bearers have no connection or are not the descendants or creations of Molag-Bal because of their size - though how can they be if it is to be believed that they are not Daedra, Aedra or Mortal. And I do hope too whoever they are will eventually be revealed..

I did end up looking up what beings in ESO would be considered not to be Daedric, Aedric or Mortal and the ones that made a little sense to me as being this way were the Hist, the unknown Et'ada's, the Mechanical and Artificial Constructs and the Celestials maybe..

And why are there so many Redguard furnishings in the new Night market house as well as in the Shattered Mirror Isle – showing a connection maybe to the the Lost Continent of Yokuda?
