[Bug][Visual] Merryvine Estate - Disappearing Ground

While in the Merryvine Estate house, there is a flickering on the ground that flashes a brief light blue. This is a near constant occurrance and seems related to the camera angle. I managed to catch a screenshot of this mid-flicker.

Note: Where I am stood the stairs are actually buried, starting from where the shadow is on the stairs.

I have been having this same issue!
Even had friends visit my house and they do not see the same flickering that I do.

I've tried disabling addons, changing nearly every video setting in-game, deleting the ShaderCached file, repairing the game, reinstalling the game, making sure drivers are up to date.

I cannot figure out why it's happening, why it's ONLY an issue in this specific house and it's driving me insane.
Have zero video or texture issues outside of this house. lol

Open to any and all ideas.

Sidenote: In order to really see the constant flickering in the video, the quality has to be set to 4k.

Same. Seems to be client side.

It does only seem to happen when the camera is angled slightly so that it is pointing down (my normal angle). That could just be confirmation bias on my part but it does seem to happen often.
