Unless there’s a surprise Explorer’s mini-event, the next scheduled one is Witches at the end of October.

I wouldn’t be surprised to see another skill line XP mini-event right at the beginning of September though with the release of updated Warden in U51, but that’s not guaranteed.

Barring something unannounced, the only regular event on the horizon with an XP bonus is Whitestrake's, but that bonus only applies in PvP zones. August will probably have something around the time of Quakecon, but there was no XP event last year. Undaunted will probably be in September, but no XP bonus for that, so that leave either Witches Festival at the end of October or something unannounced between now and then.
