Who is the most tedious quest giver in the game?

i want to add that in terms of quest givers themselves, the most annoying are the companions lol

for one they will always follow you around with the quest marker on their head when you reach the stage of their companion quest, and for 2 you cant even check their gear or skills without accepting the quest lol
    plays PC/NA
    handle @Necrotech_Master
    active player since april 2014

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (fully filled out with current game), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them

in progress: acquiring mundus stones (currently only have the thief)

feel free to stop by and use the facilities

"Halt! I was sent for you!" Guy in Riften. Gets to be tiring.

And, I'm about to make people upset here, but, GIBBLETS. I just want to run around in Daggerfall in peace and not have to listen to the dog whine cuz I don't want to accept the quest.

And Leramil is certainly annoying too....

They toned down the guy in Riften a few years ago. He used to chase you down like Stuga.

The subclassing woman outside the Riften wayshrine. (I assume she appears elsewhere too but I use Riften often so that's where I see her.)

Oh yes, I see her every time I return to my crafting hub in Riften. At least she isn’t yelling but it does get tiring. I heard mixed comments about whether the quest was fixed, and I hate what subclassing has done to the game so I haven’t done that quest. I wouldn’t want to bug my main character to make that questgiver quiet.

I hate the clutter and crowd that is always there. And my other characters that haven't done it yet still get "Ah! No Shira..." every time they go by.

Yes, it is also causing frame rate drops and freezing/stuttering when turning in writs at the drop off.

It's been streamlined, and is certainly completable. These guidelines work, although the reward is now an experience scroll (since respecs are free):

Apparently, there are additional changes coming with U50 (such as the ability to abandon the quest).

Be happy that ZOS pinned the Stuga.

Her "Do you know how long I've been looking for you?" was filling our veins with ice.
Did you go to feed the horse in Vukhel's Guard? She got you!
Ran to the wayshrine in Daggerfall? Here she is!
Nowhere to hide! Nobody was safe until ZOS had shown their mercy.

So now she's sitting in one place and waiting. When the time comes, this leash will be broken... *suspenseful music plays*

Lol I actually miss Stuga. Only reason for grabbing the Wrothgar quest.
