I heard mixed comments about whether the quest was fixed, and I hate what subclassing has done to the game so I haven’t done that quest. I wouldn’t want to bug my main character to make that questgiver quiet.

I hate the clutter and crowd that is always there. And my other characters that haven't done it yet still get "Ah! No Shira..." every time they go by.

Her "Do you know how long I've been looking for you?" was filling our veins with ice.
Did you go to feed the horse in Vukhel's Guard? She got you!
Ran to the wayshrine in Daggerfall? Here she is!
Nowhere to hide! Nobody was safe until ZOS had shown their mercy.
So now she's sitting in one place and waiting. When the time comes, this leash will be broken... *suspenseful music plays*
"Halt! I was sent for you!" Guy in Riften. Gets to be tiring.
And, I'm about to make people upset here, but, GIBBLETS. I just want to run around in Daggerfall in peace and not have to listen to the dog whine cuz I don't want to accept the quest.
And Leramil is certainly annoying too....
