Would like option to stop lights from flickering

Certain lights flicker so much that the flickering even goes through walls into other rooms. This is especially bad with lights that have open flames. I had to stop using the Colovian sconce for this reason.

Now I am decorating the Nights Den and wanting to use the Redguard lanterns and lamps that are there but they all flicker, too.

I'd love to be able to toggle the flickering off as another option to turning the lights on and off. Please consider this.

yes i absolutely want and need options to disable flickering lights.
