Sometimes a trade guild will lose their bid on a trade kiosk - it happens. For the period of time the guild is without a trade kiosk, guild members can still buy from the store (accessed via any banker). Most GMs will encourage members to do exactly that, to keep goods moving and bring in a little revenue. On that basis, it doesn't make sense to "cancel" every listing when a kiosk is lost - an action that would also hurt the guild when it bids and wins next week.
If items aren't selling - for any reason - you can always cancel the listing and either re-list at a lower price point, or with a different guild.
In case you didn't know, you can really improve your experience of trading with a few addons.
- Tamriel Trade Centre does two things - it shows you what items have been listed for, and if you install the app too, it posts your lists to the internet site. Then, everyone on your sever searching for that item can see where it's listed, and at what price. Really useful!
- Master Merchant or Arkadius Trade Tools gives you some cool sales tracking capabilities, including maintaining a database of the price that items actually sell for - note, TTC above shows you what they're LISTED for, but MM and ATT show you what they ACTUALLY SOLD for. There could - and often is - a difference based on the location of your trader, and the popularity of your item, and the availability.
- Awesome Guild Store is, in my option, an absolute must for traders. It changes the trader interface for the better and provides lots of helpful gadgets to track your sales.
Looks like you're on PC, so if you haven't done so google Minion for ESO, as Minion is the easiest way to manage your addons for ESO.
Hope that helps
